I turned 10 in Yahoo!



I was updating my Yahoo! profile when I realized it; I’m actually a day past my 10th anniversary of opening a Yahoo! account.

I feel that the date didn’t actually reflect my original joining date; instead, it is displaying the date when I merged my two Yahoo! accounts into one. If I remember correctly, I opened up a Geocities account in 1996, then Yahoo! started offering free e-mail accounts in 1997, and later Yahoo! and Geocities merged in ‘98 which was why I ended up having two Y! accounts.

Anyhoo, that’s about the most interesting thing I found today :D

    I am still very young at yahoo, created my servizot id only this year but my first account there was in 2002, still new compared to yours :)
