My wedding was like any typical Sabahan Catholic weddings; church ceremony followed by a reception which I held at a hotel for about 300 guests.
I actually wished that my wedding was more intimate. Just the ceremony, followed by a get-together BBQ with close family members and friends, about 20 to 30 altogether. None of those dressing up, fancy stuff. The simpler, the better. I only did mine the way it was to please the family. They’re the ones celebrating. Not me. At the end of the day, it’s just me being tired and having to pay their bills.
What? I’m just being honest.
Aren’t most weddings like this nowadays?
