Yummy favours

I don’t often get the chance to organize a party; most of the time, I prefer spending quality time with my family and kids at home. However, when I do get the chance to organize, I always prefer to plan one that hopefully would be a blast for everyone and yet still be a family-friendly event.

I often refer to the Web to find ideas on what to do, what to cook and what to prepare. My eldest son is turning seven very soon, so I was hoping to use personalized candy bars as party favours for the guests. They look simple enough to do; just buy a few packs of chocolate bars, remove the candybar wrapper and replace them with one you make your own, and voila — you have your very own personalized kids candy bars, ready for the birthday party.

Clever, very clever! I wish that I knew this simple thing when I gave my parties!

this is smart, a nice decorative touch to the part, and original!
