My granddaughter cracked her new Acer computer screen and was so worried. After Best Buy said it would be between $200 - $300 and they had to send out (for a $350 computer), I found your note on webgrrl and took a chance on Screen Country. I received my screen, inserted it myself (not bad for a 62 year old) for a total of $87 with shipping and I received it within 5 days. I think the screen looks better than the original. They are the only laptops I've seen randomly losing screws. I won't ever buy them again because of that experience. Fragile, inefficient laptops. I find it extremely dishonest that they now send me a £95 quotation cost for repair pretending the damage is 'accidental' and therefore not covered by the warranty pretending originally the poor quality of the packaging, revising their position once I told them I used the original packaging + bubble raping. I am pursuing my complaint further as I find this attitude extremely dishonest.
