My favourite part of owning a mobile phone is having one with the ability to play pretty ringtones. I know, it’s pathetic considering I’m not exactly a teenager anymore. Combined with the power of the World Wide Web, it’s so much easier now to scour for the ringtones that I like, especially when there are free ringtones out there that can be downloaded for free.

My current mobile phone has the ability to play both polyphonic ringtones as well as MP3 versions. My favourite ringtones usually matches my taste in music which is quite eclectic, so sometimes I do download dance ringtones and other times I would download classical tune ringtones, whichever suits my mood at that particular moment. Very importantly, the ringtone must be audible enough that I can still hear it even when my phone’s stashed in deep inside my hand bag.
